cover ALL funeral expenses for any veteran having served a minimum of 5 yrs active duty, even burial outside VA cemetery

Veterans and their families deserve certain rights for willfully offering up their lives in protection of our country, it's people and our freedom. If a Veteran has served a minimum of 5 years during peacetime or 2 years during wartime then the U.S. Government should pay for ALL funeral expenses for that Veteran and if that Veteran retired from military service and has been legally married to the same person for at minimum 25 years then they should be given a funeral stipend of $5000 towards burying their spouse (this will allow veterans to help cover the cost of a spouse who may not have served themselves but was there helping give strength to the one who did serve). This should include burial in any place that is legally considered to be a "final resting" site regardless of location.
