A petition for the United States government to cover all medical and rehabilitation costs, to include mental health costs and prostheses, for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.
These victims have, through no fault of their own, incurred permanent physical and mental damage from this atrocity. Now, they not only face monumental challenges rebuilding their lives, but they will also face monumental medical bills while their ability to make a living for themselves will be, at least temporarily if not permanently, impaired.
