Cover full payment of school meals for all children without parental involvement

I would like for you to consider covering school meals completely for all students without parental involvement because it is ridiculous that some children do not get the featured meal because their parents are doing drugs and do not pay for their lunch or will not sign up for assistance. My nephew has had this happen and now my parents and my husband and myself are paying for his meals. If all of this was covered by the government, children would always know they are getting a good meal at school especially when they may not get a meal at home. Thank you.
