For the hearing impaired, hearing aids are the most viable option available to help them hear. Hearing aids allow re-connection with loved ones and friends, and allows life to be enjoyed more fully. The Affordable Health Care Act and Medicare do not cover hearing aids. One of our most vital senses goes untreated because of the lack of insurance.
