Scott Walker's bald spot is a heinous distraction in the lives of many Wisconsinites. It is such a distraction that many simply cannot pay attention to the issues at hand in the great state of Wisconsin. With the salary that Governor Walker makes every year, I believe the least he could do to aid the public is to cover up his shiny, agitating hairless blemish that resides on his scalp.
