cozy relationship between AARP and Consumer Cellular in which Consumer is using unethical business practice on senior

Created by P.R. on March 16, 2016

Stop AARP's cozy relationship with Consumer Cellular in which AARP carries Consumer Cellular ads which directs seniors to buy Consumer's services. Consumer made millions from seniors through AARPs assistance. Their sales volume was mediocre prior to this association. I am 76 years old and have an autoimmune illness and a heart condition. I wrote five letters to Consumer in one month, to the CEO and their staff and made numerous calls after they told me to purchase their Doro phone, because my Motorola was being phased out. They mailed me a Doro without a Sim card installed without informing me that I needed to install it. This happened in snowy cold weather, while my brother almost lost his life and was hospitalized 3 months. I was unable to use their useless phone nor my Motorola.
