Crack down on the marijuana legalization under the Toxic Substances Control Act in states.

Created by W.O. on November 09, 2012

The federal government has been turning a blind eye toward marijuana dispensaries all across the nation even though it is in direct violation of federal law. The Obama administration should crack down and shut them down as part of a larger collaborative effort to crack down on drugs and their abuse. Drugs are a serious problem and it results from a weak border and lax enforcement. Cannabis may be a medical drug to some people, but it is rarely used for that. Federal law should control drug policy including marijuana. It is more detrimental than beneficial.
