crack down on police brutality, and use of unnecessary force in areas where it is not needed

here lately I have been seeing a lot of newscasts about police brutality,not only have i seen it on TV i have seen it or heard it first hand. there should also be a limit to the use of power in certain situations such as the Gibson guitar factory raid in Nashville Tennessee whereas s.w.a.t. was implemented in an unnecessary fashion. not only are these subjects cruel, inhumane and impede even more on our views towards our government, it also makes us as a country look bad.
