Crackdown more when children commit verbal/physical assault and murder. Punishment of harsh crimes should disregard age.

Created by L.N. on November 23, 2013

Verbal assault, physical assault, murder, ect. are all things that are just as bad when a child commits then as when a adult commits them. If two children think they're adult enough to fight, or believe that they're grown up enough to attempt to settle their differences by punching the other person then they should be charged as such.
