Members of Congress demonstrate daily their lack of understanding of US civics to the detriment of the American people. We the undersigned request that all members of Congress pass a basic Citizenship/Civics Test to demonstrate a working knowledge of US History and the role of the Congress in governing before the oath of office is administered and members seated.
