Measures should be taken to make school zones free of known felons. Legislation is needed to insure our children's safety while on the school day. If you are a known felon you should pay a hefty price for being near our schools. Known felons are known repeat offenders so this would help to make sure our schools are not the place they repeat at. This would also require sex offenders to register with the school districts with a registration number that has already been given them from the State and local agencies as an offender and should be able to be located at any time.
This should also require current high definition pictures of all facial features and identifying marks be put into a database that attaches all information to each felon and delivers it upon request for it
