creat an American Autbahn

I feel America should have a high speed highway like in Europe and Germany. It would help with jobs and the economy by moving fraight faster across the country, but would have restrictions like high speed driving training to handle driving at high speeds. States can set up a cost of this training and it will only alow those that pass to drive on this highway. Eliminating those to speed limited highways we already have so there would be less recks and deaths. This would also show how many people can actualy drive and those that can't.
