The Chinese government has setup a great firewall to prevent the Chinese people from having access to many websites such as Twitter and Facebook and using Google search. Thus most of the Netizens in China are blocked out of the international internet community. The easiest way to help them jump over the great firewall is to setup VPNs in every federal or state computers. In this case it makes the Chinese government difficult to block all the VPNs, enabling free access to the internet for Netizens in China.
