Create a $.01 per American citizen tax for the benefit of myself and ultimately all Americans.

Create a small $.01 tax on every American citizen for the benefit of myself. After years of paying more than my share of taxes, this minimal 1 cent tax could be given to me, Jim Koskey and in return, I would gladly pay the higher taxes Warren Buffett and his backers are asking the wealthy to pay. I would also in return, promise never to own more than 1 Lamborghini at a time. By paying higher taxes on this money, much of it would funnel directly toward helping pay down the national debt. I also promise to buy lots of nice stuff to help in the recovery of the economy.
