Create a 10 year elimination plan of the postal service

The United States Postal Service is losing money at an exponentially worsening rate each year. In 2012 with losses near $15.9 billion, this federal service is becoming an increasingly heavier budget burden on the already poor government bottom line. By implementing a 10 year shut-down plan, the government not only looks to save billions in future expenditures but gives current postal service employees an opportunity to develop alternative skills via redirection of postal funds. By diverting postal funds and liquidation of capital, the federal government would be provide four year education and financial assistance to those being laid off by such a shut down.
