To make sure that all Americans are safe, we request that a tax of $15.00 per box of ammunition be levied and those funds be used to train and pay armed guards to be stationed in every classroom, theater, mall, small business and house of worship in the country.
The benefits of this are many:
1. There will be thousands of new jobs created.
2. People who do not wish to carry a gun will be protected by those who choose to do so.
3. People who find the cost of the ammo to be onerous will be able to become a guard to help pay for it.
4. According to popular wisdom, there will never be another mass shooting.
