It is unfathomable that in 2014, there aren't specific seats in the House of Representatives expressly for First Nations representation. There would obviously need to be dialogue amongst the many First Nations tribes about how to most fairly determine who represents them on a rotating basis, but the seats - with voting rights - should be created.
