The ASCE (American Society of civil engineers) has given our America’s Infrastructure a D in 2009 and it hasn't gotten any better. By flooding the states and cities with funds that will be use to rebuild/repair bridges, sewers, road ways, and other Infrastructure projects that they wouldn't have been able to afford themselves, creates jobs that promotes economic prosperity while creating better public safety and better quality of life. This could also be used to create incentives for new, time and cost saving innovations that will spark new growth in entrepreneurship and furthering job growth. The federal government can acquire this income from rising import taxes and work with states to cut "red tape" that stumps entrepreneurship from creating jobs that would increase tax income all over.
