We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Create a 28th Amendment- 3rd Term for Presidents.

Created by C.N. on May 06, 2016

After FDR, the 22nd amendment was passed stating that no president can serve for more than 2 terms, and a maximum of 10 years. I propose a new amendment as follows: "No president shall serve more than 2 terms unless the people's vote call for a 3rd term, therefore the residing president is eligible to run for another term in office."
