The recent United States Supreme Court decision to declare the Stolen Valor Act unconstitutional was a severe blow to all legitimate Veterans with medals, awards and honors to prove their military services.
We urge Congress to create the 28th Amendment to our United States Constitution to protect these Veterans and their genuine military service and to punish anyone who falsely represents oneself as a veteran with unearned rewards, medals and honors.
