Create the 28th Amendment to strengthen and re-declare the purpose of the 2nd Amendment by editing it to read as follows

A well armed populous being essential to the security of a nation and it's free states, the rights of the people to keep and bear arms and ammunition of antique and modern design, which allows the defense of life, liberty, property, sovereignty of the nation and states and the ability to match force against any threat, shall not be infringed, and may only be regulated to the extent that it does not cause an infringement or inability to defend against any threat, foreign or domestic.
