create a Opt out $5/ paycheck for all US citizens to go in to a "glass box" account to pay off the multi trillion dollar deficit. this account can be viewed at any and all times by anyone in the US with legal citizenship to be monitored and observed. allowing it to grow in amount till the debt in this country can be payed off. anyone in the government removing funds from the account for any reason other then going towards the debt will be removed from office and triad for and convicted of treason against the great nation,
