Create a $500 gov. subsidy for families wanting to create a garden and /or raise small livestock to feed their family.

Create a government subsidy in the form of a $500 reimbursement check, per household, per year, for a family creating a garden under 1 acre, for produce, and/or raising poultry or small livestock(not numbering more than 50) with the intended purpose of providing nourishment for their family. The program is to be administered by volunteers (such as myself) in conjunction with government oversight of funds. The intended purpose of this is to provide Americans with easy access to whole, nutritious, healthy, inexpensive food, and to instill into our families a sense of self-sufficiency and the principals and methods of which this nation was founded.
