Create a 9 person citizen panel to directly bring grivences to government and to hold Senators/Reps accountable.

This petition is to request, albeit nieve, the creation of a citizen panel of 9 individuals. These individuals would be accountable to congress and would function for two distinct purposes. First, it would be a panel to bring direct grivences towards our; Sentators, Representatives and President. Secondly, it should have the authority to make certain that all elected officials are held accountable. For too long, some but not all elected officials have been able to avoid prosecution that the citizenry would not be able to avoid. The panel would allow for ALL citizens, both private and public, to be accountable to all the laws within this union. The panel must be made up of independant, voter aged adults. Insider trading, tax evasion, inappropriate allocation of funds, etc would be looked at
