Create a geneeric SS# so illegals can work and pay into it regardless of their status. This makes everyone accountable for the taxes they owe and will help encourage business to not hire and pay under the table. This will mean that illegals will be 'paid up' and if they are granted citizenship, at anytime, if they can prove what they paid in then they can get it out and moved to their new SS#. We have an illegal citizenship problem in this country - lets stop ignoring it and just start address the ones who are here - it is time we asked for their help our economy is in a bad way. Maybe if they are going to get something back from this country one day they will stop sending the money home and stay awhile and help us rebuild.
