Criminalize by act of treason to author, co-author, sponsor a law or executive order that is later determined to be unconstitutional. Too many laws are unconstitutional, and it's time legislators are being held accountable for not researching before placing them into law. Too many people suffer from unconstitutional laws, and wait years for it to be deemed unconstitutional.
