Create an actionable plan to help quell the growing racial divide in our country.

The growing racial divide and civil unrest in our country has gone ignored by this administration for entirely too long. State and local police departments are becoming entrenched in defending their jobs and becoming scared to do so with no support from the government. I petition the Obama administration to come up with an actionable plan to apply to state and local law enforcement to help quell the growing racial tensions in our country. I feel as though our country falls apart a little more every day and we get no action on the federal level what so ever. It feels as if you are leaving the population without a voice so they are taking it upon themselves to violently make their own. Who will be left to enforce the law is the question I keep asking myself if this is allowed to continue.
