Our government was formed to represent The People of the United States. Those elected lawmakers are supposed to put the priorities and needs of The People above their own financial and political gains.
In an effort to ensure lawmakers represent The People and work together for The People, and to help expel the career politician working for his own reelection or financial gains, it is proposed that an Amendment to the Constitution limiting the lawmakers of the House of Representatives and the Senate to two terms.
