Create an administration for exploration of spirituality and hyperspace through the use of meditation and DMT.

A hyperspace administration can provide new discoveries of a dimension most human beings have never heard of before. This plane of existence can be reached through deep meditation, isolation tanks, or DMT. Unlike the exploration of outer space, this type of exploration is comparatively cheap to fund. With the knowledge gained, human beings will awaken to a completely new perspective that isn't attached to a material world. Now, seems like the best time for exploration. All around the world, people seek the truth of existence. The HA could provide such knowledge and create centers for people to do their own exploration. If people including leaders were to see how infinite and loving existence is from the HA, then world peace can easily become our reality. At least do this in secret.
