Zombies may not be here yet but what's to stop us from being prepared?
If we can provide Affordable Care (brains are really all they need) perhaps we can avoid the Zombie Apocalypse.
I propose a network of neighborhood dispensaries for 'medically necessary brains', paid for on a sliding-scale (what if Bill Gates became a Zombie? Shouldn't he still have to pay something?).
Imagine an America without this 'life'-saving legislation? Many will see their life, liberty and happiness destroyed.
Perhaps states that wish to opt out should be allowed to do so?
