The idea is not to "Arm All Teachers". We do not want to make access into schools with firearms easier, no. But to defend the school from within, with a highly trained task-force of school staff that has additional training in lieu of their regular duties.
The mission of the agency is to train select individuals (within a school/district/state/etc), to become an emergency tactical task-force (campus per-capita basis) for ANY type of threat to include: fire emergencies, terrorist threats and, but not limited to, natural disasters. The highest standards on carry, wear, and use of the firearm within the schools MUST exceed that of conventional police training. This is an idea.
It should be regulated at the state level in respect to the 2nd Amendment. This will also create more jobs.
