Create An Amendment That All Laws Must Be Written So That The Average Citizen Can Read And Understand Their Meaning.

I believe that to help restore the power of the government back into the American People's hands we must make a few simple amendments and changes. One of these Amendments should be that every law that is written should be written in a way that is simple to read and understand. That way the average citizen can easily understand the laws and how the government is set up.
