The wording of the 2nd amendment, and several others for that matter, is far too vauge. I believe that the first step to coming to a sensible concensus on gun control is to clarify exactly what rights are given in the 2nd amendment so that the people and the administration know where the boundaries are or aren't. This two-century-old wording needs to be updated.
