Create An Amendment To The Constitution That Gives American Citizens The Right Of Cellular and Internet Privacy.

This amendment would protect innocent American Citizens from being monitored on their cell phones and their computers. By passing this amendment all saved information on American citizens who have not suspected of threatening national security is to be deleted.
