This petition calls for the elimination of the house of representative, except when more primative conditions prevail and the people can't vote their own minds. Why do we need representatives anymore? Don't we have computers, smartphones, and the Internet? This would effectively put the power of the government back into the hands of the people. It would take the big money out of the government for the most part, There could be a triple redundant check system to assure that votes placed were the votes given. Videos for and against each bill would be watched then voted on by every citizen that chose to do so. We can become the world's first true democracy. Every voting age citizen would have an equal say making this a government that is really "for the people and by the people."
