Create an amendment that I can opt to withhold or contribute my tax dollars to the support of the killing of the unborn.

In being an American citizen of the origin of free choice, being angered, frustrated and appalled at the way we a great nation and a great people have treated our conceived and yet unborn. I would like a law to be enacted that allows every individual to choose if his or her tax dollar is to go to the support of the killing of the unborn in our land and that every employer must make it an option for every employee to make this free choice for oneself bearing on one mans own conscience.
