Create an amendment limiting congressional terms, similar to that of the president (22nd Amendment)

Congress men and women should be limited to only two terms in both the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Congress shall not receive tenure nor pension.
Congress shall participate in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately.
Congress shall purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise; pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
All congressional contracts become void at the end of their current term.
Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The founding fathers envisioned citizen legislators; Civil Servants of the people.
