Create an Amendment to the US Constitution that ensures the privacy of Americans from government surveillance programs.

After the Eric Snowden case of NSA spying, many Americans don't feel a sense of privacy when using their electronics anymore. A new Amendment to the Constitution would ensure the privacy of the American citizens when making phone calls, texting, emailing, etc. This would establish privacy for the People from unwanted surveillance.
