I propose that we create jobs for people to help prepare for the catastrophic tsunami trash that is coming to our shores by 2014, or 2015.
Such could be started is housing for those who would have to live on the west coast while working.
Also, training could be started anywhere in our nation NOW!
This is something coming to our shores we must be prepared, lets start now with jobs for the jobless!
