Create an American "Autobahn"

I propose to the government of the United States that we begin the process for creating an American version of the Autobahn with no set federal speed limit. This could be done by implementing more driver training for driving at high speeds with a regulated license "class system". Ex: Class C, 65MPH and below Class B, 85MPH and below and so forth. With driver training and the process started for eliminating American speed limits, the roadways here could become a safer place. The autobahn is one of the safest roadway on the planet and following the example set by Germany, The United States has endless potential for success with our own version of the autobahn.
