Create an American Foreign Legion

The creation of an American foreign Legion much like that of the French Foreign Legion. An all volunteer military Unit (made up of American and non-American Citizens) whose members sign up with the desire and wish to fight and serve in foreign wars and conflicts under the Flag of the US. Because these members joined up with the the desire to serve abroad this makes the decision to send US peacekeepers or putting "boots on the Ground" in such conflicts involving ISIS(IS) less politically touchy. After all, those who volunteer for the US Foreign Legion, would be doing so BECAUSE they want to fight and be sent into to the Hot spots around the world to make a difference. Serving in places that don't only serve US Interests.
