Create a government sanctioned entity, functioning under Homeland security, to provide armed security at educational facilities consisting of veterans and other trained individuals in order to facilitate a safe, secure learning environment free from fear of violence. As well as to give veterans lacking in marketable civilian skills gainful employment and a sense of community inclusion.
