The Obama administration should create and adhere to a policy that will provide America with Freedom for foreign control by reducing the actual deficit held. This must be accomplished by creating a zero-based budget that only spends monies collected by the US Department of Treasury for any given year, without borrowing money from any other organization. In order to accomplish this the administration must be willing to increase taxes and decrease spending.
