It is immoral for text book companies in the digital age to make a profit off of our struggling education system and students; especially in the light of modern technology.
A few dollars invested once can be used by millions. Many states are already trying to do this on their own, with a little help from the federal government we can open huge doors in the educational arena.
The costs of education continue to soar while funding gets tighter and tighter. Establishing this national library would ease the burden on college students, colleges, and on local school districts.
