Create and enforce an equal voting rights amendment to constitution. US Citizens should have equal access to the polls.

Voting in the US is national disgrace. People should not have to wait upwards of 7 hours to cast vote in a democratic election. It is estimated that 200K Floridians did not vote due to unreasonable wait times. This is partisan politics and should already be illegal based on 24th amendment. 24th Amendment abolished poll taxes. As people trade their time for money and many must leave work to vote, this action is the same as poll tax. We need an additional amendment to Constitution stating that all US Citizens should have equal access to the voting polls. Federal standards should be created based on per capita for amount of polling machines and personnel are required at all voting stations.
