Create and enforce a law that punishes immigrants who make false allegations against American citizens to gain residency

I believe immigrants should be welcomed into the United States as long as they follow our laws and don't break the laws to obtain a green card and citizenship. If an immigrant comes to America and lies to obtain a green card they should be prosecuted. It is a privilege to become a resident of the United States and an even bigger privilege to become a citizen, its not a right and those who break our laws should not be given the right to become a resident or a citizen. Women as well as some me use the violence against women's act to scam their way to get a green card. All they have to do is claim abuse and its almost automatic. They lie often destroying good Americans lives only to get a green card. Any woman or man that falsely accuses an American should be arrested and criminally charged.
