Create and enforce laws ending anonymous internet use.

Anonymous use of the internet allows for destructive and hateful behavior with no consequences for the user. Countless gay and transgender teenagers over the years have committed suicide because of anonymous bullying over the internet. Sites like Youtube and Reddit are rampant with unregulated hate speech. Ending anonymity would make it much easier to track and control hackers and sexual predators. Minors would be able to see if a person they were chatting with was a sex offender. Child pornographers would be unable to traffic their product without giving out their names.
