Phillip Rodriguez, released from Palm Beach County, FL jail on 11/27/15 after serving time on 2 counts of CONSERVATION-ANIMALS-CAUSE CRUEL DEATH PAIN & SUFFERING, Booking #: 2015006842. He has spent less than 1 year in jail for his crimes. Crimes that deserve just as severe a punishment as if done to a human being. If he had bashed the teeth in of human being w/ a baseball bat, he would not have been released so soon. Probation will not protect us/animals from him & those like him. Enough is enough. This kind of abuse/neglect/murder have been overlooked & under punished for many years. Studies have been done about those who abuse humans to know most began by abusing animals.
