Create and enforce transparency within corporations in regards to job creation and job vacancies.

Created by C.W. on February 11, 2013

In the course of the "Great Recession" of 2008 and its aftermath, many Americans were forced to seek a new job opportunity for many reasons. However, in the process of seeking jobs, they found that the companies supposedly hiring never gave them feedback on why they were turned down (especially if they met or exceeded the company's requirments). As such, companies may be hiding details or facts pertaining to the applicant's candidacy for a given position or just making "job vacancies" for the company's (and not the job seeker's) benefit by cancelling them. To this end, we need to make sure that not only companies comply with all hiring rules and practicies but also ensure that hiring decisions are based on a seeker's ability, not other factors like nepotism or an applicant's past.
