To create and fully implement a maximum wage on American employees, similar to that of Switzerlands 1:12 ratio design.

This petition seeks to establish a maximum wage on American employees. Its foundation would be based upon Switzerland's concept of maintaining it via ratios, for example, a companies top executive could only earn in one month what their lowest employee makes in a year (1:12 ratio). The salary used as a basis would be derived from a "typical" worker, and not that of other services such as janitors etc. The ratio within the United States would be determined by joint agreement across all major parties and could be adjusted by Congress if needed.
